Yes, everybody get after paying their receipt.

How long do I must arrive bevore the tour start?
A:
30 min. at least that you are save to get a seat.
   
3. Q:
How long in advance I must call to secure a seat for one of the tours?
A:
2 days in advance is good, but to be save you should call 4 days in advance
   
4. Q:
Is the staff fully trained and certified?
A:
Yes, all our employee are certified by the Department of Transportation.
   
5. Q:
If I don't keep my appointment do I lose my money, or do I get a refund?
A:
You will get a refund when you cancel 24hr. before your booked tour.
